Not sure we should keep recruiting

Other than the merc's squad I think we are pretty good on recruiting for now. We havent been getting many hits on battlelog anyway and we have a big group now. We have a lot of guys who play regularly and some who only play once in a while but overall we have a steady group.

We should keep looking for euro members so the mercs can grow a little, and if we find someone who is really good and wants to join then thats cool, but other than that I think we are good on members for now.

We should set a standard now for any new people who join. Like atleast 1.2 kd and 400spm. something along those lines

I think we still need to bump our threads as often as we get on battlelog, maybe we'll recruit some diamonds in the rough. Good, I like those standards. Higher SPMs usually come from team players, while we don't care too much about K/D. Let's just tone back our recruiting, make bumping a couple threads something we regularly do on battlelog. We might find some more good players.

yeah Im up for whatever... I tend to agree with Wes though. Might find a couple really good guys someday. But yeah.. they have to have very much above average stats. Can hurt to keep recruiting.. just turn away the guys that are not up par. Players get pissed off at there current platoons for whatever reason and bam, see our add and we got another killer.. Thats how we got spin... He applied when he was sick of ESV. Might find some good defects.

im not gonna lie, i think smaller the better, its much better have have great active members which may only amount to a small number, but its better than having countless useless players

Kick inactives and take actives in. We dont need players who play once in month imo.
This is good moment to start looking for players w +400spm/KDR +1.8..

we have some people still on the roster who are friends even though they dont play that much. but there are a couple others who should be kicked soon.

most thing we need right now is jet pilots.

I don't have a problem recruiting but they should have ~500SPM and at least a 1.5 KD though...

Now that we have a good base of players we don't need to keep recruitng 'regulars' if you know what i'm saying. At least for Strike Force this should be the case. for people wanting to be in the Valhalla 'community' then I have no problem with whoever joining.

Yea I havent been letting anyone in without good stats, we have enough guys, we should only let in people with really good stats who want to battle now.

Having a minimum standard is a good move. Stat's aren't everything since they don't tell everything about the player (K/D can be high because they always in a tank team, low SPM because they play Rush a lot).

But overall they are still useful as a guideline.

Have more kicking sprees. With all of the new players, it will be good to keep them in check and not have our platoon overcrowded.
